Cocción al Vapor con Vaporizador
Coloque agua en la base de la pieza sin que llegue al piso del Vaporizador. Utilice fuego fuerte hasta romper el hervor y luego baje la llama al mínimo cuidando que el agua siga manteniendo su punto de ebullición.
